Drink 16-20 cups of Water per day (every day) - Its what we’re predominantly made of, so our cells need it in large quantities to remain hydrated and clean our insides. And by water I don’t mean sparkling water, or colored, sweetened water. Plain old H2O.
Don’t smoke Cigarettes, or anything else for that matter - They dry you from the inside out, and age your skin, not to mention the lung damage.
Don’t drink Alcohol - Ha, we know that’s a long shot for a lot of you out there, but you asked for it. It damages your liver, dehydrates everything and ages your skin.
Incorporate good fats in your diet - like Extra Virgin Olive oil, Avocadoes, Nuts etc.
Minimize your intake of refined, processed sugars – This is hard too, but try.
Never go to sleep at night without taking your makeup off - it will age your skin.
Sleep is amazing for your skin so try to get at least 8hrs a day.
Stay out of the sun as much as possible: same goes for tanning salons. Fake your tan if you have to.
If you have to be in the sun use Sunscreen. Spf 50+
Exfoliate every night when you wash your face before bed.
Always Moisturize your skin after washing it.
Don’t eat junk food or fast food: Try to eat healthy and predominantly Organic Food.
Work out or hike. Sweating is great for your skin.
